If you are getting a Silver/Gold/Platinum package we need to know what type of pizzas you would like. (Most common are Cheese, Pepperoni, and Ham and Pineapple. However, you can add toppings for no extra charge. Toppings included are; Tomatoes, Onions, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Pineapple, Ham and Pepperoni.)
