We have six 5 Pin leagues available for people 55 years of age and older. We are happy to offer free shoe rentals for our CLub 55+ members. This is a great form of exercise and a wonderful way to socialize and meet new people.

All of the leagues are mixed leagues, based on 5 player teams.

If you are not an experienced bowler, DON’T WORRY! Bowling leagues are a great way to have fun and socialize with your friends no matter what skill level you are at. It is also a great form of exercise.

If you are an experienced bowler and are looking for something more competitive, we offer a Tuesday Matchplay league. 

We also offer many optional tournaments throughout the season for all types of bowlers.  

St. Albert Bowling & Rec Centre is proud to offer one of the best Youth Programs in the country. We have one of the best coach to bowler ratios in the province, that ensures the kids are getting the coaching they need. We offer a variety of fun experiences throughout the season such as our Halloween Parties / Bowl-A-Thon / Christmas Parties and of course our Year End Parties. Every bowler gets a trophy at the end of the year and there are many opportunities for bowlers to get recognized through tournaments and awards during the season.
